Chemical Injections pumping units:

We were successfully awarded the contract for supply of specialist chemical injection units for oil pipelines, across the entire production portfolio of the client. Working closely with the US based manufacturer and their fabrication facilities in the Middle East, we spearheaded contact management on the ground and supported equipment commissioning in the field. We were responsible for project finance, using back to back LCs and performance bonds.

Offshore Platform Installation:

After successfully acting as the contracting advisors for one platform, we were subsequently made the principle contractor for installation of the LebadaEst Central platform in the Black Sea and seven satellite unmanned platforms.

As the project management lead, we combined our skills in contract negotiation, to ensure due diligence and risk management were effectively covered off.

This was the first ever unsecured back to back LC facility ever granted by Natwest Bank in this way and was a groundbreaking project finance solution.

Supply and Integration of Control System and ESD:

We acted as agents for the supply of the ESD system for offshore platforms in the Black Sea.

This critical project was undertaken with Fisher Rosemount and Triconex. We headed up the project negotiation, integrating elements from the two suppliers, and ensuring that the communications between the several parties involved in the project were channelled effectively.

Fire Fighting System Supply:

We were responsible for the supply and installation of the deluge skid system for several offshore platforms. Working with leading industry suppliers and engineers, we carried out equipment supply and integration of safety systems to ensure platform safety standards were raised to international levels.

Engineering and Installation of Slug Catcher:

We were awarded the contract to engineer and supply a slug catcher at an oil terminal facility receiving condensate from offshore production. We achieved Lloyds certification for fabrication of the pipes and equipment, provided project finance and executed the project build.
